Montana Speech Language Pathologist Position- Virtual

We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote services to students throughout Montana . This fully virtual opportunity allows you to deliver impactful therapy from the comfort of your own home. Using our innovative teletherapy platform, you'll support students' communication development while partnering with educators, families, and school teams to promote academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' speech and language needs. Create and implement customized IEPs based on individual student goals. Lead engaging therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group formats. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress. Track and report on student outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Contribute to IEP meetings by offering professional insights and recommendations.

Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Montana SLP license. ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP). At least two years of experience working in a school setting preferred. Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy tools and technology. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Technical Requirements Reliable, high-speed internet connection. Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not compatible). Must pass a tech screening to confirm platform compatibility.
