Your daily responsibilities include conducting virtual therapy sessions, creating engaging digital materials, collaborating with teachers and parents through video conferences, and maintaining detailed progress documentation. You'll also participate in IEP meetings, provide consultation services to educational teams, and adapt traditional therapy techniques for the virtual environment. Essential Qualifications Candidates must hold an active Virginia Speech Language Pathologist license and possess the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required, along with a minimum of two years of school-based experience. Virtual therapy experience is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training on our teletherapy platform and digital tools. Technical Requirements Success in this role requires reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and proficiency with video conferencing technology.
