Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,132 per week

Certification Details BLS State Licensure for Occupational Therapist in Utah Job Details Provides direct patient services including identifying, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients. Provides indirect services such as consulting, advising, teaching, and training patients and their caregivers. Assesses and evaluates patient's condition according to physician orders and current standards of practice. Provides appropriate intervention related to the established plan of care with appropriate duration and intensity. Educates and trains patients and their caregivers. Accepts assignments from Director or Team Lead including caseload, productivity standards, education, in-servicing others, orienting and training new employees, supervising and training students, and supervising COTAs and Aides. Participates in quality improvement processes for the team and clinical setting and follows through with improvements. Communicates through written chart notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries regarding patient's status, complications, prognosis, and follow-up care plans. Records daily charges and submits for payment according to department billing guidelines. Participates in regularly scheduled or special clinical meetings related to patient care and clinic management. Maintains appropriate team and interdisciplinary relationships.
