Speech Therapist - Early Intervention (EI) Overview: We are seeking a licensed and experienced Speech Therapist to join a new Early Intervention (EI) program. This role is essential in supporting the development of young children by providing high-quality, individualized speech and language services. The ideal candidate is passionate, reliable, and committed to helping children reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations for children aged 0-3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with EI guidelines. Provide direct therapy services in home, center, or community settings. Collaborate with families, educators, and other EI professionals to support holistic child development. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and program requirements. Participate in IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) meetings and reviews. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid New York State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Active National Provider Identification (NPI) number. Early Intervention experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to culturally responsive and family-centered care.
