Case Manager

Title: Case Manager Employment Type : Contract to Hire Location: Addison, TX Pay Rate: $24-$31 Schedule: M-F 8-5pm This person will be responsible for managing a personal injury caseload from during the client's treatment, ensuring all firm protocols, timelines, and ethical standards are met. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Key Responsibilities: Make initial client contact within 24 hours of case assignment via phone. If unreachable, follow up with both a text and email. Serve as the main point of contact with clients through the treatment and gathering records phase Complete and maintain checklist compliance, ensuring no item is older than 7 days at the beginning of each month. Actively manage client's treatment ensuring compliance with the treatment plan and escalating care when necessary Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, and clients to ensure timely case progression. Ensure all client files are accurate, organized, and up to date for attorney audit readiness. Requirements: Minimum 2 years personal injury case management experience HS degree Microsoft Office Suite Needles or Neos software experience desired Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
