Be part of a growing, in-house therapy team Help shape new outpatient and in-facility therapy programs Work in a supportive, collaborative environment Make a meaningful impact on residents' communication and quality of life In-house therapy program What You'll Do: Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations What We're Looking For: Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in good standing Strong clinical skills and familiarity with geriatric care Knowledge of HIPAA and therapy documentation standards Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ready to use your voice to make a difference?
