Job description

**Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist**

**Location:** Las Vegas, NV

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for home health services. Deliver quality speech therapy to patients in their homes, focusing on communication and swallowing improvements.

**Responsibilities:**

Assess and create personalized treatment plans.

Conduct therapy sessions for communication and swallowing.

Collaborate with healthcare teams for integrated care.

Document progress using Home Care Home Base EMR.

Educate patients and families on therapy practices.

**Qualifications:**

Nevada SLP license.

BLS certification.

12 years in home health or hospice.

Familiarity with Home Care Home Base.

**Contract Details:**

13week contract, possible extension.

40 hours/week, day shifts.

Overtime available.

Flexible time off.
