High Focus Centers in Norwalk is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client's treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Norwalk we are currently seeking a Clinician to join our amazing Clinical team of behavioral healthcare professionals serving adolescents (ages 10-18) who present with acute psychiatric illnesses and co-occurring disorders in a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient treatment setting as well as adults. Salary Range: $52,000-$60,000/year
High Focus Norwalk Outpatient also offers:
Free licensure supervision
Monthly merit increase opportunities up to $10,000.00!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members and consults with treatment team regularly
Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact
Responsible for maintaining clinical record for clients
Provides documentation and support for utilization review
Participates in aftercare plan development and outcome data process as applicable.
Conduct Level of Care Assessments as needed
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Licensure:
Required: LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or are in the process of obtaining) for Connecticut
Preferred: 1 year experience providing group based mental health treatment to adolescent population (ages 10 to 18).
