Are you passionate about making a difference in students' communication development through innovative virtual therapy? Our education services company is seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to join our growing team of remote professionals serving school districts across Ohio.

Position Overview

This full-time remote position offers 37.5 hours per week, providing speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12 through our virtual platform. You'll work with a diverse mixed caseload of approximately 45-55 students, delivering individualized therapy sessions that support each student's communication goals and academic success.

Virtual Therapy Environment

Our comprehensive virtual therapy platform enables you to provide high-quality services including articulation therapy, language intervention, fluency support, and voice therapy. You'll collaborate with school teams, parents, and students to ensure continuity of care and maximize therapeutic outcomes. The remote format allows for flexible scheduling while maintaining consistent student contact.

Core Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Provide direct therapy services via secure virtual platform

- Document student progress and maintain detailed therapy records

- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams

- Communicate regularly with parents and school personnel

- Adapt therapy materials and activities for virtual delivery

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

- Active Ohio speech-language pathology license

- Minimum 2 years of school-based experience

- Experience with virtual therapy platforms preferred

- Strong technology skills and reliable internet connection

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Professional webcam and noise-canceling headset

- Quiet, professional workspace

- Computer meeting system requirements for therapy software
