Located in Des Plaines, IL, this position offers an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide vital support to students with disabilities in a K-12 school setting. The role is focused on helping children and young adults, aged 3 to 22, access the educational environment through targeted therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist License
• Experience in home health, teletherapy, and/or school settings
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and therapy services to students with disabilities
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy as outlined in IEPs
• Actively participate in IEP and 504 meetings
• Train and support school staff regarding students' needs
