Seeking Community Action Team (CAT) Therapist!!

Were looking for a dedicated community mental health Therapist to join our innovative and compassionate Community Action Team (CAT). As a CAT Therapist, youll play a vital role in helping children, teens, and young adults (ages 621) and their families avoid out-of-home placements by providing wraparound therapeutic services designed to promote stability, healing, and improved outcomes at home, in school, and in the community.
What Youll Do:
- Provide therapy and counseling services in homes, schools, and other community settings.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, clients, and families to create meaningful treatment plans.
- Flexible work hours may be required outside of regular business hours to best meet client needs.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture by meeting clinical, and administrative standards.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using an electronic health records (EHR).
- Support continuous quality improvement through regular supervision, peer reviews, and team collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $53,500.00

Education and Experience Requirements:
- A conferred masters degree from a license-eligible program in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy and ability to register as an intern in the state of Florida.
- Strong clinical skills including diagnostic ability (ICD/DSM), treatment planning, and family-centered care.
- Comfort using EHR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- A flexible, culturally sensitive, and collaborative approach.
Preferred Experience:
- A current FL LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Experience providing family therapy and creating treatment plans using current DSM/ICD criteria
