Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

• Full-Time | Outpatient

The Physical Therapist delivers comprehensive evaluation and treatment services to patients across the lifespanincluding pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populationsbased on the assigned service area. The therapist is expected to meet established productivity benchmarks and ensure timely, accurate completion of all required documentation.

With a strong commitment to a Patient First approach, the Physical Therapist consistently upholds MVHs customer service standards. As a collaborative and adaptable team member, the therapist contributes to both disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams, supporting colleagues as needed and promoting the overall success of the department.

Education : Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

Licensure : Possess a valid license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the State of Ohio .

Certification : CPR Certification required
