Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with a family physician to support primary care delivery
- Conduct in-person office visits and follow-up outreach as directed
- Educate patients on treatment plans both in person and electronically
- Assist with a variety of clinical and administrative tasks
- Travel to multiple locations within Santa Barbara County as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (hospital or outpatient setting)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to various locations
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
