Oly Float & The Soul Space is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team.

The Soul Space is a healing arts center focused on stress management and central nervous system recovery through a variety of modalities, including Floatation Therapy, Massage, Infrared Sauna, Contrast Therapy, Energy Work, Craniosacral Therapy and various forms of counseling that includes Hypnotherapy, Somatic Coaching and Intuitive Counseling. = Schedule =
We are open 9am to 9pm every day but Mondays. We currently have around 60 hours a week of availability in our massage calendar, so we're seeking multiple practitioners. Though subject to change, we currently have open availability for the following days/shifts:

- Tuesday close (2-9) x 2
- Wednesday open (9-2)
- Thursday open (9-2) x 2
- Friday close (2-9)
- Saturday open (9-2) x 2
- Saturday close (2-9)
- Sunday close (2-9)

Weekend coverage is our most important need at the moment. Its a requirement that you be willing and available to work two weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) on an ongoing basis. Time off requests for specific weekends as needed are naturally always okay.

We dont schedule more than 4 sessions in any given day, to prevent injury or burnout.

The position is an on-call position. If there are no sessions scheduled, you would not be expected to be at work, though your schedule will typically be full days in advance. While most of our scheduled sessions are typically made 24 hours or more in advance, we do also take same-day appointments and provide our massage therapists with a four hour notification window for all same-day sessions, supported with automated email and text message notifications to enable easy management of schedules. All sessions have a 30 minute break between them for room turnover, physical and mental recovery, SOAP charting, etc.

= Compensation & Benefits =
Our goal is to provide a mix of base hourly wage and per-service commission that provides our massage therapists with approximately 40% of the revenue from any session, plus all tips. Compensation includes the 30 minute transition period between sessions (that is, youre paid for that time). We also offer a 10-20% commission on sales of packages and memberships, though "sales" are very soft and non-intrusive in our environment; we don't upsell anything at all during sessions.

= Interview Process =
The interview process will include a quick 10-15 minute in person interview. If we feel like a good fit together, there will be a follow up 30 minute massage/technical interview.
