Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess residents' functional abilities and therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their therapy goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on improving daily living, mobility, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Accurately document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
