SLPA Full-Time Burbank, CA 2025-2026 SY K-5 Caseload

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a K5th grade caseload of approximately 55 students for the 20252026 school year in Burbank, California . The ideal candidate will provide direct and consultative speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP, collaborate with educators and families, and support students' communication needs within the school setting.
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
• Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
• Support SLP in conducting screenings and informal assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills
• Participate in team meetings as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Valid California SLPA license required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow guidance and work closely with supervising SLP
• Organized, reliable, and committed to student success
