Pediatric Speech Therapist in Itasca, IL

A pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Itasca, IL, serving PreK-8 students. This contract role spans the 20252026 school year, from August 20, 2025, through June 4, 2026, with a caseload of 25-30 students.

Responsibilities include providing speech-language services tailored to the developmental needs of children, collaborating with educators and families, and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress. The role requires approximately 7.5 hours per day, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Certifications such as CCC-SLP, with pediatric and school-based experience preferred
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
