Responsibilities:
Perform thorough evaluations of patients with speech and language disorders
Create and execute personalized treatment plans
Deliver therapy sessions targeting speech and language goals
Monitor and meticulously document patient progress
Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Engage and educate families in the therapy process
Requirements:
Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Must possess current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
Preferably, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Preferred experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
To qualify you must:
Must have an active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in the respective state
Must possess/obtain a Master's Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
