Sign-On Bonus – Just for You!

We’re offering a generous sign-on bonus to qualified candidates:

• $12,000 for those with 0–1 year of experience (2-year commitment)
• $20,000 for those with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment)

What You’ll Do:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering advanced cardiopulmonary care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering therapies such as Nitric Oxide (NO) and Tracheal Gas Insufflation (TGI)
• Working in diverse settings: OR, ED, Cath Lab, Recovery, Transport , and more
• Performing procedures like bronchoscopy, ABG analysis, PFTs, EEG, EKG, stress testing , and halter monitoring
• Monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
• Assisting in code situations and transporting ventilated patients
• Mentoring students and supporting fellow team members as a senior resource
