Travel Allied - Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist/Rehab Services Outpatient
Shift : Variable D/E, 10:30a-7p, 7:30a-4p, 85, 40 hrs/week Length : 13-23 weeks
10:30a-7p Monday/Wednesday, 7:30a-4p Tuesday/Thursday/Friday N o weekends or on-call. Minor holidays are required.
Requirements :

• CT license
• 2 years experience in Outpatient PT
• Must have General Orthopedic, post-up (general orthopedics/sports medicine)
• AHA BLS
• OCS preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• Scrubs: any color
• Locals are accepted (75 miles or less)
• N95 Fit test required
• Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed
• Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed
