As a Home Health PTA , youll provide one-on-one care where it matters most in patients homes helping them regain strength and independence so they can enjoy lifes moments, like working in the garden or attending church.

• Associate/Bachelors from accredited PTA program

• Current state license & CPR

• Negative TB screen, Hepatitis consent/decline

• 1+ year home health experience
