Massage certification is required, but no prior chair massage experience is necessary. We offer free training and provide all the equipment you need. This part-time work takes place during weekdays, offering flexibility and good pay.
Regular shift in Santa Ynez is 2 1/2 hours long on alternate Tuesdays, with opportunities to pick up extra hours by subbing for others on the team. Pay is $125 for this shift. We also offer single-day events that pay $55-$60 per hour plus gratuity.
If youre the kind of person who enjoys being independent and growing your private practice, this job is for you. Many of our therapists build their own full-body massage clientele through referrals from chair massage clients, all while earning a steady income. We dont take a cut from private referrals and encourage our therapists to share their knowledge. Whether youre new to the area, just starting out, or returning to the field, were here to help you build the practice you want.
ABOUT YOU:
You live in the Santa Ynez area and have at least a 250-hour certification from a recognized massage school.
You are available Tuesdays.
You have liability insurance (or we can help you get a discount if youre currently uninsured).
Youre comfortable providing firm bodywork.
You have a strong track record of punctuality and reliability.
