A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming and current school years in an elementary school setting, serving PreK through 6th-grade students. This contract position is located in Milton, VT, with the potential for part-time arrangements based on district needs.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing speech and language treatment, and maintaining detailed documentation. The caseload will consist of approximately 25 students, with guaranteed hours allocated for both direct and indirect services.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- An active or pending Vermont SLP license, or eligibility to apply for one
- ASHA certification is advantageous but not required; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous school experience is preferred but not mandatory
