Licensed Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist. A physical therapist provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.

Shifts Available: Days

Employment Type: Part Time

Hours: 8 hour shift

Location: Southern Regional Medical Center - Riverdale, GA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to plan, implement, evaluate and revise the plan of care and discharge plan for each patient as evidenced in the patients medical record. As you would expect, as a PT you are responsible for rehabilitation, treatment plans, and patient care. Physical therapy is an important part for our patients recovery. Each PT should have excellent documentation skills.
