- **Performs thorough chart review prior to treatment**
- **Correctly administers physical therapy techniques/modalities in a safe, effective manner, including interchanging treatment media, based on formulated treatment plans and goals**
- **Evaluates patients, utilizing all available information and age specific knowledge, within time frames outlined in policy and procedures**
- **Trains patient/caregiver in use of assistive equipment**
- **Effectively and appropriately monitors and adjusts treatment according to patient response to treatment**
- **Completes all documentation required in a timely manner**
- **Recognizes and fulfills all legal responsibilities**
**Qualifications**
- **Current Physical Therapy License in the State of Wyoming**
- **Current BLS certification through American Heart Association**
- **Wound care experience preferred**
