• The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluates, treats and plans patient care in accordance with Occupational Therapy standards, taking into account the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient.
• Inpatient and Outpatient setting
• Primarily coverage in Stanley, but may pick up additional hours in Medford

HOURS: .9 FTE/72 hours every two weeks working day shift

This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus!

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of occupational therapy standards and practices normally acquired through a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist beneficial.
• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required.
• Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
