Elevation Autism Center provides a team-approach for treatment of children with autism ages 1-7 to learn to thrive. We are expanding our speech teams at our Alpharetta and Duluth clinics. The SLP works with clients with a range of language, speech, and feeding diagnoses and collaborates with neurodiversity-affirming BCBA's who incorporate evidence-based treatment methods rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This cross-disciplinary approach allows us to achieve our best outcomes for our young clients through the opportunity to join ABA team meetings, BCBA meetings, and parent trainings, and the SLP conducts meetings to teach GLP, AAC, and other speech/language/feeding techniques to the other professionals. The SLP gains the support for behavioral and environmental techniques so the child can focus on learning language and feeding skills. Elevation Autism Center is an independently-owned provider of early intervention ABA and SLP services to the Atlanta community. We serve the unique needs of children from 1- 7 years old with comprehensive programming in a fun and engaging environment. Our mission is to help others reach their fullest potential, and we're committed to delivering exceptional early intervention services for families in our community. The SLP will focus on improving articulation, voice, functional communication, AAC skills, feeding, and higher functioning language skills targeted during sessions and via home programs to aid in generalization of skills. Benefits: Full Time Compensation: CCC-SLP: $85,000+ depending on experience, plus up to $14,000 annually in monthly incentive bonuses. Part Time Compensation: $70 per hour (choose your own schedule) between 10-29 hours per week Flexible Schedule: 4-day or 5-day work week: Monday through Friday, create your own schedule within the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm (e.g., 8:00-4:00 with 1-30-minute break, 8:00-5:00 with 1 hour for lunch and a 30-minute break) Career development and training opportunities Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and Employee Assistance Program Matching contributions to retirement plan or student loans Company paid holidays Paid time off Professional development allowance Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Experience or interest in working with autistic children and other communication needs Passionate about early intervention and serving children 18 months to 7 years old Knowledge and pursuit of evidence-based therapy Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a collaborative model A humble, collaborative and solution-based approach to problem-solving. Confidence, personal humility, and a demonstrated history of teamwork. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in young children (ages 1-7) Develop individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, feeding skills Assist with feeding strategy implementation Collaborate with a team of professionals, including Behavior Analysts, to create comprehensive treatment plans Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records Positions available at either clinic to meet our intake needs: Duluth: 4375 River Green Pkwy, Duluth GA 30096 Alpharetta: 11560 Great Oaks Way, Alpharetta GA 30022 Salary Description +$85,000 per year
