Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic office environment supporting our hearing care services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully with our organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Act as the primary liaison between patients and our hearing care services.
• Manage outbound calls to patients to ensure their needs are met.
• Work collaboratively in a 2-person office environment two to three days a week.
• Utilize the offsite corporate support network to address patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
• Enthusiasm for providing excellent patient care.
• No prior experience required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
