Recreation Specialist (Njtl Instructor -18 Years And Older)

General Statement of Duties

Implements activities either by providing direct service or by providing supervision of those implementing recreation activities. May assist in the planning and promotion of the tennis program or be responsible for the development, planning and implementation. Will use tennis skills as needed to implement the program. A high energy level and enthusiasm for the program activities is necessary.

Must demonstrate an ability to lead participants in the tennis program. Must be willing to take direction from supervisors and managers. Monitor participant safety throughout the program.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Assist with the care, proper use, and storage of all equipment and supplies.

Minimum Qualifications (KSAs)

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Working and Physical Conditions

Outdoor exposure to all weather types if position is outdoors.
