Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Aide to join our healthcare team in Cedarsville. In this role, you will work alongside physical therapists to provide essential support in patient care and rehabilitation services.

• Apply hot and cold therapy treatments under therapist supervision
• Maintain and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Guide patients through prescribed exercise routines (under direct supervision
• Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report progress
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient sessions
• Assist patients with mobility and transfer activities

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Physical stamina to assist patients and handle equipment
• Proven organizational and time management abilities
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, caring attitude
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
