Evaluates patients; diagnoses communication disorders; plans, directs,and provides treatments for pediatric and adult patients with a widevariety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level offunctional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatmentappropriately in the medical record to comply with policies andprocedures of the department and regulatory agencies. **Experience** -Minimum of two years experience preferred. Entry level acceptable.**Education** - Must hold a Master\'s Degree in Speech-LanguagePathology from an accredited college or university. - ClinicalCompetence (CCC) is required. - MBSImp-trained **License &Certifications** - MASPEECH - MA Speech and Language PathologistLicense. **Additional Requirements** - Must be able to comprehend andwrite the English language.
