Chantilly Heights is looking for a vibrant and energetic Recreation Aide to join their outstanding team! This position is full time and would require flexible hours with weekend availability!

In this role you will be expected to:

Interact with residents and understand their needs and limitations with respect and empathy

Develop, lead and engage in diverse activities that cater to a wide range of interests and abilities including but not limited to, arts and crafts, games, exercise programs, music sessions, outings, Holidays and special events

Encourage the participation and social interaction of residents during group activities

Monitor the behaviors and outcomes of an activity ensuring positive feedback and engagement

Provide individual attention and planning to residents based upon his or her needs or interests, honoring residents' requests is our specialty!

Minimum qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
