JOB SUMMARY:

Physical Therapist: Outpatient/Clinic, Flexible Start Date, Flexible length of contract. Open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days. 40 guaranteed hours per week. Supportive patient centered care model and leadership team.

Duration - 13-weeks to 26-weeks
Guarantee- 40 hours/week
Productivity - 55-63 patients/week
Schedule - open to 4x10s; must be open to 2 evenings/week (until 7:30pm)

Notes - Must have at least 3 months of OP exp or 1 year of PT exp in other settings.
