Develops and implements rehabilition programs, planning and conducting auditory (aural) rehabilition, tinnitus, and/or vestibular rehabilition programs, and designing individualized and group pient-centered trement plans. Conducts medical-legal Compension and Pension (C&P) examinions for veterans. Manages hearing conservion programs by designing, monitoring, and conducting comprehensive programs for employees risk for noise exposure. Provides expert consultion, serving as a recognized subject mter expert to other facility personnel on complex cases reled to hearing, tinnitus, and balance disorders. Engages in training and mentorship by supervising, evaluing, mentoring, and precepting audiology student trainees, and maintaining liaison with affilied colleges and universities. Participes in research activities pertinent to clinical audiology and maintains professional competency through continuing educion and staying current with new developments.
