Job Description
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 educational setting located in Viroqua, WI. This contract role offers guaranteed hours and the opportunity to provide speech and language support to students across all grade levels.
Key Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
- Experience in healthcare and pediatrics settings preferred
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY)
- Valid Wisconsin SLP License and Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification required
- Familiarity with school-based speech therapy services
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
- Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with school district policies and state regulations
- Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
