Occupational Therapist Job

Soliant has partnered with a school in Bartlett, IL to hire a Occupational Therapy for the remainder of the school year.

This school-based position will focus on helping students enhance their functional abilities and develop the skills necessary for daily living and academic success through individualized therapy interventions.

  • Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • 2025-2026 school year
  • Full time hours available
  • K-12 caseload
  • Guaranteed hourly pay: $40-60/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess students' occupational performance, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
  • Develop and implement tailored occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with students, families, and the educational team.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet goals.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing expertise on occupational therapy needs and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Illinois OT license.
  • Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
