VA Facility Needs a Traveling Physical Therapy Assistant

Quick Facts:

• Monday Friday schedule, 8 am 5 pm, 8-hour shifts
• 30 units per week based on 40-hour schedule
• Home health setting
• EMR: Documentation required within 24 hours
• Performs SOCs, evaluations, recertifications, and routine visits
• 2-3 years experience preferred
• Home health experience required
• Travel between patient homes required
