HUGE relocation opportunity for aspiring and practicing Physical Therapists!

Insight Global's client is an established rehabilitation center in southern New Mexico and is seeking to bring on 9 Physical Therapists this year.

Available Locations: Hiring in Alamogordo, Carlsbad, and Artesia, NM.

Here is why they are different:

-Open to new grads, individuals who are not yet licensed but willing to become licensed in NM.

-Client will pay for candidates and their families to come stay in one of their luxury cabins for a few days to tour the facilities/see what the area has to offer.

-Full relocation packages and FREE HOUSING options for up to 6 months

-They own a property management company in each of the locations, with available houses waiting for PTs to move into.

-64 hours of Paid Sick Time

-Tax Free Student Loan Reimbursements ($5,250 each year you are a member of the team).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Performs initial exams, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.

Average 12-14 appointments/patient visits per day.

Participate is first appointment evaluations as well as follow up appointments.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs and goals.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient-specific conditions and objectives.

Utilize therapeutic activities, neuro re-education, manual activities, and other skilled procedures to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.

Performs initial exams, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.

Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent future injuries.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professions to coordinate patient care.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and hospital policies.

Skills and Requirements

Education: Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, or willing to obtain.

Certification: Current New Mexico Physical Therapist, or willing to obtain.

1-2+ years of experience working as a PT in an outpatient setting preferrable, open to new grads if not.

Comfortable working fully onsite in one of the locations.

Ability to supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.

No outstanding violations on their record.

Hard working, reliable, and empathetic personalities.

Comfortable seeing 12-14 patients per day, give or take.

Evaluations are typically 60 minutes.

Follow up appointments are 30-40 minutes.

Willingness to continue education and work towards specialty certifications.

Willingness to participate in mentorship programs (for greener candidates).

Physical Demand: Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and working with equipment. Experience working with post-surgical orthopedic patients.
