Position Summary:
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
- Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with KY Board of Speech
- Language Pathology & Audiology
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
