**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled **Occupational Therapist** to join our **Program for Assertive Community Treatment for Youth (PACT-Y)** team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with adolescents and young adults experiencing serious emotional disturbances or emerging mental illness. Youll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team delivering community-based, recovery-oriented care.

**How You'll Be Making a Difference**

+ Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.

+ Deliver therapy and support in community settings (homes, schools, etc.).

+ Teach life skills, coping strategies, and executive functioning techniques.

+ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

+ Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

+ Engage and educate families to support youth development.

+ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

**Qualifications**

+ Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.

+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

+ Experience working with youth or young adults in mental health settings.

+ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

+ Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally competent care.

+ Experience in community-based or wraparound services is preferred.

**Driving Requirements**

+ May be required to operate a vehicle; have a valid drivers license and a satisfactory driving record.

+ May be required to have access to a personal vehicle for use during work hours and to use personal vehicle to transport clients on occasion if/when needed.

+ If required to transport clients, must maintain the minimum amounts of liability insurance as required by The Home and/or other regulatory requirements and vehicle registration must be current.
