Full-time, day shift

Job Description:

• Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients and patient groups according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimum patient care.

Requirements:

• Kentucky State License or interim license as an occupational therapist required.

• Requires a Bachelor, Post baccalaureate Certificate, Master or Doctoral degree from an occupational therapy program accredited by the Accrediting Council on Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) or its equivalent, or higher.

• BLS preferred at hire, required within 90 days after hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in acute care, SNF, and/or outpatient experience preferred.
