Position Summary We're recruiting a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for our remote therapy program, offering 36 hours weekly with a diverse caseload of 40-45 students spanning pre-K through 8th grade. This role combines the flexibility of remote work with the rewarding experience of helping students overcome communication challenges. Core Responsibilities Provide virtual speech and language therapy services using secure video platforms
Conduct thorough evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop treatment plans
Deliver engaging therapy sessions targeting speech sound production, language development, and fluency
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive student care
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and document student progress
Participate in virtual IEP conferences and contribute to educational planning
Offer guidance to families and educators on communication enhancement strategies
Mandatory Requirements Master's degree from ASHA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
Active Kentucky speech-language pathology licensure
Minimum 2 years of school-based practice experience
Demonstrated competency in virtual therapy delivery methods
Proficient use of technology platforms and digital documentation systems
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Remote Work Specifications This position requires a professional home office environment with stable internet connectivity and appropriate privacy measures.
