Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs that help patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve physical function. You'll play a key role in restoring movement, preventing disability, and improving quality of life for a wide range of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver hands-on care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
Educate patients on recovery plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
Document treatment sessions accurately and maintain compliance with legal and professional standards.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Physical Therapy License in [State].
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
