Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student advancement
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and support transition planning
Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and support staff regarding student needs
Essential Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active Ohio speech-language pathology licensure
Minimum 2 years of school-based experience
Demonstrated proficiency with telepractice platforms and virtual therapy delivery
Strong technology skills including video conferencing software and digital assessment tools
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Virtual Work Environment This fully remote position requires a dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet, professional lighting, and minimal background noise.
