Overview:
Due to growth, Performance Plus Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in National City, CA. Full-time availability is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 20 hours of availability will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. The ability to specialize in an area, such as pelvic floor, aquatic therapy, vestibular, or pediatrics is encouraged and supported. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation range for this full-time position starts at $86,000 per year and goes from there based on experience and qualifications.
Performance Plus Physical Therapy offers benefits including Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401k with matching, Retirement Plan, PTO, Continuing Education Funds and In House Courses Offered, License Reimbursement, Referral Program, Opportunities for Advancement, and Flexible Scheduling.
Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-4pm. No weekends. No major holidays! The typical work schedule for clinicians includes working until 7pm 2 days per week.

? Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or PTLA)
? Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
