Key Responsibilities:

• Team up with school staff to help students succeed and take part in collaborative planning.

• Keep clear, up-to-date records of services, student progress, and team communications.

• Partner with special ed teams, teachers, nurses, OTs, and other school staff to support student participation.

• Create and carry out personalized PT plans that align with IEP goals.

• Keep up with the latest in school-based PT practices, research, and licensure requirements.

Position Details:

• Location: Near Guilford, PA

• Hours: Approximately 2 hours/week

• Caseload: 1 Student

• Required Qualification: Active PA SLP License and Active CDE Certification
