Full-Time SLP Position Join a School-Based Clinical Team South Holland, IL

A school district in South Holland, Illinois is looking to hire a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct speech services, support IEP implementation, and collaborate with educators to help students improve their communication and academic performance.

About the Role:
This full-time position involves providing individualized speech therapy, conducting evaluations, and contributing to a multidisciplinary support team. Youll play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to communication and achieve educational goals.

Key Duties:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and develop therapy plans

• Deliver direct services based on IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers

• Monitor and document student progress

• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal development

• Provide carryover strategies and recommendations for classroom support

Required Credentials:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Illinois State Teaching License for SLPs (ISBE-issued)

• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

• School experience a plus, but not required

• Strong organizational and communication skills
