Job Description
Burger Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. has provided therapy services since 1978. We are currently seeking an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient Clinical Director position.
This is a full-time and fully benefitted position.
In a Clinic Director position, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of a Burger owned facility within the greater Sacramento Region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures appropriate staff & patient scheduling for efficient operation of facility.
Monitors clinical standards and makes program/staffing recommendations.
Assures efficiency of Clinical staff per company standards and reviews existing programs.
Is available for on-call service and performs as a staff therapist, according to their discipline, as assigned or as needed as well as performing other tasks as assigned.
Ensures clinic orientation of all new staff. Ensures training of other staff as identified.
Conducts chart audits/staff observations to ensure compliance w/standards of car.
Facilitates the development, implementation, and monitoring of new programs and systems to promote efficiency and growth for the Company.
Responsible for compliance of fed/state regulations regarding to the clinic.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university or the foreign equivalent
California state licensed Physical Therapist
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university. Must be a state licensed therapist. Substantial outpatient clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to set goals, priorities, and meet deadlines in a self-directed environment.
