Therapy Source is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide in-person therapy services to elementary students. This position is for the upcoming school year, from October 2025 to January 2026.
Speech-Language Pathologist Salary Range: $45-$50 per hour
Qualifications:
Licensure: Valid Florida State Speech-Language Pathologist License
Clearances: Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them
Professional Liability Insurance: Proof of individual liability insurance or readiness to acquire it
Responsibilities of Speech-Language Pathologists May Include:
Conducting evaluations and developing personalized goals for students requiring speech therapy.
Providing speech and language intervention services as outlined in students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
Supporting students in achieving their personal, academic, and social communication goals.
Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Collaborating with educators and families to ensure holistic support for each student.
