Central Florida Speech & Hearing Center is seeking a speech-language pathologist to join our team. In most speech-language pathology practices, clinicians are paid hourly and only for direct patient-facing time. Time spent preparing for sessions, completing documentation, or attending meetings is either on outside time or unpaid.
At CFSHC, we value the full scope of our clinicians' work and commitment. We offer a salaried compensation model that provides stable income not tied to the number of appointments seen. Clinicians are paid for their time and expertisenot just for the minutes spent in front of patients. This approach fosters a more supportive work environment, allows for better continuity of care, and encourages professional growth without financial penalty for doing what's best for our patients.

Responsibilities
Provide speech/language therapy services to children with varying exceptionalities
Responsible for evaluations, treatment and report writing/implementation
Interpret evaluative data to establish measurable goals
Complete daily progress notes
Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationship with children and families
Collaborate with speech-language pathology team on departmental objectives
Job Qualifications
Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Certification of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
Current SLP licensure by the state of Florida
Thorough knowledge of therapy best practices
Enjoys making a positive difference with children
Comfortable with a primarily pediatric caseload
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends
