Central Florida Speech & Hearing Center is seeking a speech-language pathologist to join our team. We are vested in providing unwavering support to employees, quality intervention services and care for the whole family. Our mission is to provide the highest quality speech, language and hearing services, always in a caring manner, regardless of a person's ability to pay. Our goal in the SLP department is for every child to have some way to effectively communicate with their family, teacher and friends. The Center has provided quality speech-language and audiology services in central Florida for over 60 years. We hope you will consider joining us in continuing that tradition for years to come.

What Makes CFSHC Unique?

CFSHC is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the Central Florida community for over 65 years.

In most speech-language pathology practices, clinicians are paid hourly and only for direct patient-facing time. Time spent preparing for sessions, completing documentation, or attending meetings is either on outside time or unpaid.

At CFSHC, we value the full scope of our clinicians' work and commitment. We offer a salaried compensation model that provides stable income not tied to the number of appointments seen. Clinicians are paid for their time and expertisenot just for the minutes spent in front of patients. This approach fosters a more supportive work environment, allows for better continuity of care, and encourages professional growth without financial penalty for doing what's best for our patients.
